Terms of service

GENERAL- I reserve the right to decline any commission that makes me feel uncomfortable or I feel unable to fulfill your expectations.
- Please provide clear references and descriptions. Any unclear or missing details will be interpreted at my own artistic discretion.
- The final commission file will be a pure digital product. I won't ship or print commissions.
- Commission prices may vary depending on the complexity of the commission.
- I do not draw: NSFW, furry, mecha, heavy gore.

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS- Payment must be made upfront through VGen.
*Local (Indonesian) clients may contact first to discuss available local payment.
- Work will begin after payment has been confirmed.
- Additional fees may apply for complex designs, rush orders, or extra revisions.
- Refunds are only available if work has not started or the artist is unable to complete the commission. Otherwise, refunds are not available.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERYEstimated turnaround time is 1–8 weeks depending on workload and commission type.

PROCESS AND REVISIONS- Progress updates will be sent during the sketch stage.
- Minor revisions are free within reason.
- Major changes after sketch approval (such as pose changes, composition changes, outfit redesigns, etc.) may incur additional fees.
- No major revisions will be accepted after rendering has started.
- For Skeb-style / Surprise Me commissions, no progress updates, WIPs, or revision requests will be provided. The artwork will be completed based on the provided references and my artistic interpretation, then delivered upon completion.

COPYRIGHT & USAGEAs the artist,
- I retain full copyright and ownership to the artwork.
- I may post the finished commission on my portfolio and social media unless you request otherwise before I start working on it.As the client,
- You may use the commissioned work for personal use only (profile picture, wallpaper, social media posts, etc.).
- Credit is required when posting/using my artwork (@arisakei38).
- Commercial use is not allowed unless discussed and paid for separately.
- You are not allowed to trace, edit, or heavily modify the artwork without my consent.
- Please do not claim the artwork as your own, remove my signature, use it for AI training, NFTs, or resell it in any form.

COMMUNICATION- All commission-related communication will be conducted primarily through VGen direct messages.
- Please maintain respectful and professional communication throughout the commission process.
- Delayed responses from the client may affect the estimated turnaround time.
- If I do not receive a response for an extended period, I may continue the commission based on the latest approved version or place it on hold until communication resumes.
- Harassment, inappropriate behavior, or repeated disrespect may result in commission cancellation.

AGREEMENTBy placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
